Hello World!

Some of you may recall that “Hello World” is what every new programmer learns to create when they first start out.  I feel it appropriate that this would be the title of my first post here on Examiner.com.  Over the days to come, you can find here all things Apple in the Dallas area, as well as tidbits and factoids on information security.  Hopefully you will find them interesting and informative.

For those of you who are new to Apple and maybe have just bought you first Apple product, there are several Macintosh User Groups within the Dallas area.  They are as follows:

AppleCorps of Dallas http://acd.us/

Cowtown Mac User Group http://www.cowtownmug.org

Dallas Macintosh User Group - http://dmug.net/

Plano Macintosh User Group - http://planomug.org/

Each of these groups meet every month.  They have discussions, training, presentations, and more.  So checkout their web sites and see you at the next meeting.

Also, stay tuned for my future posts.   I’m going to Macworld in January, so there will be plenty of new and exciting things to come.
